City Commission Climate & Environmental Justice Forum

Join us for a conversation with Lawrence’s City Commission candidates about climate change and environmental justice. This event will take place in the Lied Center’s Pavilion.

Participating candidates include Stuart Boley, Ken Easthouse, Joey Hentzler, Rob Sands, and Courtney Shipley. (Brad Finkeldei has a scheduling conflict.)

This discussion will be moderated by Dr. Shannon Portillo, Associate Professor in KU’s School of Public Affairs & Administration, and Assistant Vice Chancellor of the Edwards Campus; and Matt Dunn, KU graduate student and the president of the university’s Sunrise Movement hub.
