April 4th, 1968: Dare To Dream!

In partnership with the Lied Center of Kansas, Life Restoration Ministries is proud to present April 4th, 1968: Dare To Dream.

Written and directed by local playwright Rita Rials, April 4th, 1968: Dare To Dream honors the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and the civil rights movement, bringing to life the joy, pain, sorrow and hope of those who dared to dream.

This dynamic production includes music essential to the life of Dr. King and the civil rights movement, and it will inspire audiences to keep the dream alive!

LRM is a non-profit organization founded in 2007 with a mission to instill hope, reconcile broken relationships and restore healthy living. LRM’s purpose is to demonstrate that life finds a way to provide a bridge to new beginnings and a path to wholeness. The organization achieves this through multifaceted programming that combines performing arts, mental health and wellness, and STEM education.
