The Russian National Ballet presents The Sleeping Beauty, a crowning jewel of Marius Petipa’s career, with music by Tchaikovsky. The Sleeping Beauty is a supreme demonstration of the challenge of Petipa’s style–steel pointe work, sharply accented spinning turns, soaring leaps, high extensions and daring lifts, all with lavish stage treatment for this fairy tale.

Legendary Bolshoi principal dancer Elena Radchenko is the founder and artistic director of the Russian National Ballet. She has focused the company on upholding the grand national tradition of the major Russian ballet works and developing new talents throughout Russia.
