Learn about the history of the harp, from ancient Egypt to the modern double-action pedal harp, followed by a performance of pieces composed by harpists for a variety of harps.
Join Erin Wood for a discussion on Zoom. Following the discussion, Erin will give a performance from the Lied Center stage.
The Lied Center is excited to partner with Osher Lifelong Learning Institute to present a safe and accessible Performance and Lecture Series for Osher participants and other community members. This collaboration aims to provide free access to quality, engaging performing arts experiences and education from the comfort and safety of participants’ homes, during times of social distancing.
