Please contact the Ticket Office for assistance in finding the best location to meet your needs. Barrier-free entrances and accessible seating are available on all levels.

Assistive listening devices

Assistive listening devices (ALD) are available at no charge. The system uses radio frequency, which eliminates issues with sound quality and operates similar to a radio station broadcast. It works with earbuds or hearing loops. Assistive Listening Devices are available at the Audience Services Desk in the main lobby.

Ear plugs

Due to a variety of factors, noise levels may change during performances. For the comfort of our patrons we provide ear plugs at the Audience Services Desk in the main lobby.

Large-print and Braille programs

With a two-week notice the following are available for Lied Center performances:

  • Large-print programs
  • Braille programs
  • Audio-description services
  • Sign-interpretation services

Call the Ticket Office at 785-864-2787 or 785-864-2777 (TDD) for more information.
