Presented by LRM Foundation and K.N. Rials therapy & Consulting

Douglas County Black, Indigenous, Hispanic and other Individuals of Color have experienced shared losses and trauma, especially over the past two years. Centered on healing from pain and the wounds of trauma, this interactive workshop session will blend mental health, art and music. Attendees will experience discussion, validation, sharing, support and education as they identify a path to restoration and recovery. Facilitated by professionals and leaders in the BIPOC community, we will offer a safe space to reset, establish forward thinking goals and visions, and realign with the joys of life.
