From all of us at the Lied Center, we hope you are feeling healthy and optimistic for the future. It feels surreal that it’s been an entire year since audiences have been inside the Lied Center to collectively experience a live performance—like the magic of a grand symphony, the vulnerability of a singer-songwriter, the beauty of a ballet, or the escape into a riveting Broadway show.

It is difficult to find the words to express how much we miss you all. So today, we’re excited to share a special project which personifies our longing and excitement for the day when we can welcome you back to your Lied Center of Kansas. Enjoy the incredible performers of Quixotic, and you may notice a few familiar Lied Center faces as well!

While we remain diligent about health and safety, our outlook for the future is bright. We’re looking forward to a great season of in-person performances starting in the fall. In the meantime, we will continue to keep you informed of Lied Center announcements and events. Please take care, stay safe and continue to wear a mask so we can be together again soon.
